As a Regional Senior HR Specialist , your role to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple regions, ensuring alignment of HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives. The role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, with a focus on supporting the business's growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for the region, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees within the region, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Support the implementation and management of the Performance Management System (PMS) in the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including managing employment contracts, work permits, and other legal requirements.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and management of regional compensation and benefits programs.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a regional HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
