Shadow Teacher
Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced shadow teacher to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with special needs and a strong background in educational support.

Responsibilities:

·       Providing one-on-one support and assistance to a student with special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities.

·       Collaborating with the student's teachers, therapists, and family members to develop and implement personalized learning strategies.

·       Monitoring the student's progress and adjusting the support plan as needed.

·       Maintaining detailed records and documentation of the student's performance and progress.

·       Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field

·       At least 2 years of experience working as a shadow teacher or educational assistant

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs succeed

·       Fluency in Arabic and English
