About the job:

  • Monitoring and insuring office experience for employees and clients.
  • Providing wide-ranging support to the CEO.
  • Maintains good tracking of C.E.O files, Documentations & reports.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases.
  • Organizing company events or conferences.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Attending meetings with senior management.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitoring assigned projects 
  • Managing ERP software 

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Familiar with using Mac OS, Pages, Numbers and Keynote Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and BoomerangExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
