Sales Specialist - (B2B)

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities to expand the customer base also meet the sales target
  • Study customer needs, arranging and attending client and customer meetings to create a customized sales proposal with the sales team
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities and address technical questions from customers.
  • Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
  • Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team also collaborating with the technical engineering team to address technical requirements
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings
