Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will: 

  • play a crucial role in promoting our products in the showroom.
  • engage with customers, provide product information, and drive sales by offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate ceramic, porcelain, and sanitary ware products.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or the home improvement sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of ceramics, porcelain, and sanitary ware is an advantage.Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
