• Develop and update training materials to ensure they align with the latest product features and market trends.
• Collaborate with global subject matter experts to enhance training content and strategies.
• Ensure an effective onboarding program for new sales engineers, helping them quickly adapt to company products and sales processes.
Sales Support:
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team by conducting refresher training sessions.
• Offer one-on-one coaching to improve sales performance and product understanding.
• Assist in developing sales tools and resources to enhance customer engagement.
Content Creation:
• Create engaging and informative training manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Develop role-play scenarios and hands-on activities to boost the practical skills of the sales team.
Travel and Field Support:
• Travel to various locations to deliver in-person training sessions and support sales activities.
• Join sales calls or customer visits to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
CSR Training Support:
• Assist with organizing and delivering the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) training sessions.
• Ensure proper integration of CSR principles in training content and activities.
Performance Evaluation:
• Collect feedback from participants and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
• Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
Educational Background:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the HVAC industry.• Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs. Technical and Sales Skills:• Solid understanding of HVAC products and systems.• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Soft Skills:• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Travel Requirements:• Willingness to travel frequently within the region for training and support. Language Proficiency:• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
