Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and coordinating shipments for customers.
- Interacting with the production, Launch and Warehouse Departments.
- Perform a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties as well as a range of staff and/or operational support activities.
- Ensure customer requirement are met by providing required correct logistic information in time.
Qualifications:Degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in Customer services preferred in manufacturers.Good in English spoken and written is a must.Computer literacy and knowledge of databases. Clear and effective written communication skills.Good presentation skills.Self-motivated and resilient under pressure.Good mathematical skills.
