- Responsible for the periodic forecast and product availability through weekly stock Analysis
- Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to secure optimal terms and pricing
- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce stock outs or overstocks
- Follow up warehouse stock levels and maintain re-order point
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate action
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing freight costs, and tracking delivery schedules
- Develop a logistical plan through the main hubs to the warehouses to maintain the efficient flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events
- Adjust inventory plans accordingly to meet changing demand patterns and seasonal fluctuations
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
