Administration Manager

Egypt - Cairo

1. Implementing and updating the policies that follow the work of the sites for administrative work ( car traffic & buffet & office tools & follow-up drivers )

2. Review all the financial requirements for the vehicles of external contractors (external rent ) that belong to all sites to ensure their operation and implementation in accordance with the applicable contracts of the company (administration )

3. Manage all site-specific car maintenance and management in coordination with the maintenance officer and access them to work efficiently

4. Follow-up of car licenses for projects in coordination with the licensing officer

5. Coordinates the work between the sites and manage the sites according to the need of the work

6. Making periodic visits to projects and the participation of the administrator and the project manager with all the Required Needs, their implementation and solution

7. Implements and reviews all financial covenants for sites related to administrative affairs

8. Protecting the furniture of the site in terms of providing support from the maintenance of all existing furniture in projects in coordination with the site administrators and at their request ( air conditioners & caravans & chairs & desks) in case of demand or need

 

9. Set administration objectives to assist the organization in achieving its goals.

10. Prepare the administration's annual budget

11. Create, Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures

12. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained

13.  Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

14  Negotiate purchasing terms and prices with vendors and suppliers regarding administration materials, supplies, or services.

15 Monitor costs and expenses according to budget.

16  Manage and oversee the implementation of employee services (Mobile- Medical)
