1-Preparing HSE documents, reports, and registers.
2-Giving safety induction for the new hires.
3-Updated filing system daily, weekly, and monthly.
4-Coordinate all HSE activities for the HSE Manager
5-Make Daily Rounds Over all the hospitals with Checklist for whole hospital departments i.e. LAB, Radiology, Dinning, medical areas, and Utilities area.
6-Implement Environmental measures inside the hospitals
7-Participate in the Risk assessment process
8-Take part in Hazardous material control by checking the implementation of HAZMAT Policy inside the hospital
9-Comply with the hospital's general policies and instructions
10-. Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification to
11- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop
strategies for prevention.
12 -Prepare detailed incident reports, including recommended corrective actions and preventive measures.
13 -Maintain accurate records of all safety incidents, including injuries, illnesses, property damag,and near-miss events.
14 -Analyze incident data to identify trends and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
BSc/BA in safety management or a relevant field is preferredProven experience as a safety Controller from 1-2 years in hospitals and healthcare institutions is a mustIn-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and proceduresFamiliarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statisticsProficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plusOutstanding organizational skillsDiligent with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
