- Communicate with new and existing customers to generate sales.
- Complete paperwork for all real estate contracts, price offers & proposal presentations in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor contracts` deadlines and take appropriate actions when necessary
- Monitor existing customer expansion plans
- Ensure each contract & price offer complies with legalities are complete
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
- Handle and resolve customer complaints by addressing it with the help of other team members.
- Generate, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) as asked.
- Monitor the status of space delivery and payments, ensuring timely follow-up and investigate delays.
- Attend trade fairs and represent the company to promote and sell products.
