Sales & Customer Relations Specialist

  • Communicate with new and existing customers to generate sales.
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate contracts, price offers & proposal presentations in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Monitor contracts` deadlines and take appropriate actions when necessary
  • Monitor existing customer expansion plans 
  • Ensure each contract & price offer complies with legalities are complete
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by addressing it with the help of other team members.
  • Generate, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) as asked.
  • Monitor the status of space delivery and payments, ensuring timely follow-up and investigate delays.
  • Attend trade fairs and represent the company to promote and sell products.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met at all times
