Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of control maintenance technicians, including recruitment and training.
  • Provide technical expertise in electrical systems and equipment, including motors, drives, and transformers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring effective repairs and solutions.
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans and schedules, conducting regular inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during maintenance tasks.
  • Manage maintenance costs, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-saving measures.


Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum [10] years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a glass manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electrical maintenance software and tools
