تعلن " الجمعية المصرية للتأمين التعاونى " عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة ( رئيس قطاع لنظم المعلومات ) .

المـهام الرئيسية :

-       إنشاء المشاريع التكنولوجية .

-       تحقيق أهداف نظم المعلومات .

-       تدريب وإرشاد وتوجيه الموظفين وضبطهم والإشراف عليهم .

-       دعم النتائج التى تحققها أنظمة المعلومات وذلك من خلال تعريف وتنفيذ ودعم نظم المعلومات .

-       تقييم نتائج أنظمة المعلومات وإختبار التطبيقات والبرمجيات .

-       تحقيق آمن وصيانة الشبكات .

-       متابعة كفاءة وأداء الأجهزة الإكترونية مثل أجهزة الحاسوب والطابعات .

-       تدريب أعضاء الفريق والمدراء وطاقم العمل على طريقة إستخدام نظم المعلومات فى الشركة .

-       فحص البرامج وتقييمها .

-       الإشراف على عمليات إدخال البيانات والتأكد من صحتها .

-       إصلاح المشاكل والأعطال الفنية التى تتعرض لها أنظمة المعلومات .

-       تطوير إستراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات .

-       إتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية التى تتوافق مع أهداف عمل الجمعية .

المـؤهلات والمـهارات :

-       خبرة لا تقل عن 25 عام فى مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات ويفضل خبرة 10 سنوات فى نطاق عمل قيادى فى ذات المجال .

-       حاصل على بكالوريوس فى علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة ( الحاسبات ) .

-       يفضل الحصول على شهادات إحترافية متخصصة فى مجال العمل وشهادات فى تقنيات ومنهجيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات مثل (MCSE) و  (CCNA)وما إلى ذلك .

-       كفاءة جيدة فى الإدارة والتمتع بمهارات قيادية قوية والقدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة الوظائف .

-       مهارات تكنولوجية عالية وعلى معرفة قوية بأحدث إتجاهات ومعايير صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

-       الإلمام بكافة الأعمال الإدارية .

-       يجب أن يكون لديه القدرة على مهارات الإتصال والعمل فى بيئة ديناميكية .

-       يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة فى مشاريع التحول الرقمى .

-       يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة فى إدارة خدمات أمن المعلومات .

Job Responsibility:

v Responsible for the preparation of the Information Technology annual budget.

v Manage operations and ensure that service standards are consistently met.

v Manage several units within IT department to optimize the use of infrastructure, applications, high availability, and performance and information security

v Recommend relevant vendors, service providers, partners or contractors when required to the concerned department to select the most suitable services or IT equipment that support the company in reaching its business objectives.

v Act as role model in partnering with all stakeholders within the company and maintain effective communication with all levels.

v Ensure that all regulatory requirements have been embedded and Information Security Standards are met constantly.

v Ensure proper updates of the annual infrastructure plan and other frequent plans that can absorb the scalability of the business.

v Identify key risks within the IT department in cooperation with risk department and to assess potential risks and create risk register and related RCSA.

v Establish and updates the department’s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation

v Ensure that the system audit log is accessible by internal auditor only and security measures are applied.

v Ensure that all the data, network access and systems are secure and protected.

v Ensure that system back-ups are regularly updated and tested.

v Manage the required system updates and their implementation aiming to improve system performance

v Proactively support the IT teams to enhance their capabilities and identify their development points

v Set the needed training plans for the team with cooperation with HR team to increase the learning curve and avail better opportunities for promotion.
