Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at ESL - Pan Marine Shipping Services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, pitching services to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a plan to achieve sales target.
- Target and secure new customers by arranging daily phone calls and emails based on sales pipeline.
- Schedule regular visits to the new and existing accounts validating our service advantages, identifying needs, and presenting solutions.
- Build strategic relationships with existing customers to develop and secure sustainable business streams.
- Quote our customers as per price guidelines
- Follow potential and lost accounts and actively offer alternative facilities in order to gain their satisfaction and the business again.
- Follow up customers’ shipments, check their forecast, reply to their inquiries, and give them assistance on any special request.
- Coordinate all customers’ requests with concerned departments.
- Search actively for potential businesses and sales leads based on the market segments.
- Analyze market and competitors’ trends in order to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years' sales experience in Shipping Line or Freight Forwarder
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in English
