• Managing the departments of the Holy Quran and its sciences, the educational department, educational activity, and academic supervision.
• Participating in placement tests and interviews and forming committees responsible for that.
• Reviewing all reports and questionnaires related to the implementation of programs.
• Developing schedules for operating special programs (Holy Quran - educational - educational).
• Documenting programs and drafting reports on students and activities.
• Approving reports, recommendations, and statistics on the association's students and their outcomes.
• Ensuring the quality of program delivery.
• Following up on the student's file and matching it with the personal plan and measuring the rate of development in student performance.
• Participating in writing strategic objectives, in addition to participating in formulating them.
• Drawing up its management plans according to their levels based on the association's general policy and objectives and following up on their implementation.
• Participating in preparing reports and the draft estimated budget for its management according to the strategic plan.
• Reviewing and auditing programs, plans, and implementation budgets and verifying them before they are approved by the Executive Director and presented to the Board of Directors.
• Participate in drawing up and implementing development and training plans, schedules and programs that reflect on improving the performance of the department's employees and developing them.
• Provide the concerned parties with data and information about the work of his department according to the approved models for cooperation in preparing reports after presenting them to the Executive Director and approving them and updating the data periodically.
• Attend periodic meetings of the Executive Team in order to codify and formulate the decisions and recommendations issued by the Executive Team, and develop appropriate plans and executive programs related to the work of his department.
• Participate in the final review of the annual budget before presenting it for approval and comparing it with the budget of the previous year with regard to the department.
• Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and raise the monthly and annual, periodic and non-periodic performance evaluation and discuss them in the periodic meetings of the Executive Team - Board of Directors to approve the results of these reports.
• Prepare periodic reports on the work of the department that clarify the achievements and obstacles and ways to address them and submit them to the Executive Director for approval.
• Supervise all activities and events carried out by the department in his capacity or by proxy according to need.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Director in his field of expertise.


University Graduate.At least 10 years of experience in teaching Holy Quran, Arabic, and Islam Religion.Leadership and management competences.Good command of MS Office.Using Odoo ERP is preferred.
