Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing cost estimates, conducting quantity surveying, and managing material requirements.
- Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of finishing quality.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in residential, administrative, and commercial finishing works.
- Strong knowledge in preparing cost estimates and quantity surveying.
- Professional proficiency in construction and finishing practices.
