Position Summary

In line with the expansion of our digital footprint, support the CRM, MarTech and CES Manager to drive the Integrated Search roadmap, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing digital technology solutions, track tickets for deployment of technology platforms or bug fixes and continuously discover the latest technology solutions (cCRM, automation, self-service, etc.)

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Security & Compliance:

  • Perform periodic scans on brand/corporate sites
  • Complete PIA/BIA forms prior to submission to Brand Teams to ensure key stakeholder alignment.
  • Support Brand Teams/Corporate Communications for Market Acceptance Tests before going live with a brand site.
  • Manage website launch/revamp/migration projects to meet go-live date targets.
  • Ensure security scan fixes are applied correctly and in a timely manner by the WebCMS agency.
  • Keep our digital assets register up to date.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to regularly update passwords for digital/social media assets to prevent illegal access.
  • Support CRM, MarTech and CES Manager to remediate audit issues according to defined timelines.

Optimizing Corporate/Brand Websites:

  • Manage SEO as part of the Integrated Search workflow.
  • Test mobile responsiveness of websites and take corrective action when needed
  • Generate and update eBusiness monthly dashboard data (SEO and brand/corporate site performance)
  • Collaborate with the IT department to implement website features (Session Cam, TINT UGC platform, R&R etc.) and integrate cCRM tech solutions (CIAM, CMT etc.)
  • Track and improve site engagement metrics (# of sessions, page views per session, average time spent per session, bounce rate, page upload speed etc.)

Digital Asset Management Platform:

  • Deal with platform access requests/problems
  • Organize & deliver trainings (onboarding new users, platform refreshers, new features, etc.)
  • Publish the dashboard on a monthly basis to track the progress on key metrics (Content Uploads/Downloads, # of Active Users, Login to the platform etc.)
  • Escalate issues (technical bugs, access problems etc.) to IBS, track corrective actions and rectify issues in a timely manner

Innovation:

  • Look for additional features in existing technology solutions to bring greater efficiency to processes

What Will Make You Successful…

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the following areas: SEO (and preferably in SEA and eRetail Search), Google Marketing Platform, CRM technology solutions, technology platforms to build and host brand/corporate sites.
