As a Concierge Specialist at Kingdom Travel Services you shall be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for providing high-touch, personalized service to clients, ensuring their travel needs and preferences are met with the highest standard of care and attention. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Client Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries related to travel services, itineraries, special requests, and personalized experiences.
- Itinerary Planning: Assist in crafting tailored travel plans, recommending destinations, accommodations, activities, and dining experiences based on client preferences and needs.
- Booking Coordination: Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, excursions, and other bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any travel-related issues or concerns clients may encounter before or during their trip, including unexpected changes or cancellations.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors, including hotels, tour operators, and other service providers, to ensure clients receive premium services and special privileges when possible.
- Follow-Up & Feedback: Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to assess client satisfaction, ensuring feedback is addressed and future services are improved.
- Special Requests: Handle any unique or personalized requests such as event tickets, restaurant reservations, private tours, or other specialized services that enhance the travel experience.
- Knowledge Development: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and service innovations to provide expert recommendations and advice to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business administration, or related fieldProven experience as an concierge specialist or relevant roleDemonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditionsWorking knowledge of MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong mindset with attention to detailFamiliarity with global destinations, travel regulations, and luxury service standards.NOTE: All candidates MUST be able to communicate fluently in English
