Position Summary

The Procurement Services Associate will manage all transactional process and documents for procurement.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Processing
Creating Purchase Requisitions.
Monitoring timely receipt of Goods Receipt and ensure accuracy in GR Postings.
Follow up on PO Creation.
Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it.
Compliance
Ensure Quality of data including required terms and conditions.
Ensure that PRs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP.
Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it.
Ensure that POs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are with the SOP.
Ensure all GRs are created on time and before the invoices.
Optimization
Lead on enhancement projects to improve our KPIs, KRIs and NPS.
Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team.
Develop customer service mindset to foster good working relationship with procurement team.
Ability to escalate issues professionally.
Participation in the operational reviews with the market and back up the moderatos if required.
Knowledge Acquisition
Develop a fair understanding of the procurement end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders.
Participiate in all P2P process trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.
Knowledgable of PR Creation, GRs and PO creation.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Educational background in supply chain, business, logistics, or engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Effective time management skills.
