·        Set up URS and project coordinates.

·        Set up project templates.

·        Coordinate with group leaders and project team to set up project library. 

·        Manage project production and project contents. 

·        Perform visual checking on the federated model and share major issues with the affected trades. 

·        Conduct a design coordination meeting with the project team to clarify pending issues or actions.

·        Participate in IDC and follow up on issue resolution. 

·        Coordinate with project team to publish models to shared workspace (internal / external).

·        Perform weekly model audit and share issues with the team to resolve.

·        Ensure to be the Key Point of contact for BIM within Partner’s teams. 

·        Execute BIM implementation processes of the Contract with Partner’s team. 

·        Populate BIM model with their own scope of design and in particular design data from Designers and Installation Designers for the development of all BIM models and associated information within project teams related to the scope of work.

·        Coordinate with all parties within his organization and interface with Interface/CSD/BIM Manager and / or other BIM Coordinators. 

·        Defining the list of BIM deliverables in coordination with the Design Manager.

·        Establish the schedule and due dates for submitting deliverables in coordination with the Design Manager.

·        Create, maintain, and update the BIM authoring tool’s templates and all necessary BIM standards in accordance with the Engineer’s requirements for model creation.

·        Execute BIM workflows in accordance with the BEP and ISO 19650.

·        Participate to clash detection analysis (hard and soft collisions) to identify, resolve, and validate all design and construction conflicts within the Contract and Interfacing Parties. 

·        Ensure all assigned conflicts documented in the clash detection analysis resolution and validation reports by the BIM Manager are resolved. 

·        Manage BIM deliverables, data, and information of models according to EIR (Employer’s Information Requirements).

·        Execute control and quality check of the BIM model. 

·        Participate in all necessary BIM meetings facilitated by the interfacing contracts and to provide necessary support and information in interfacing contracts’ BEPs development and 3D Coordination works. 

·        Update, manage, monitor, and track all model changes records. 

·        Coordinate updates of As-built model deliverable, including validation conducted by the Engineer at the end of construction Work before the handover.

·        Manage the Asset Information Model for all material and equipment used throughout the Contract.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, electrical or mechanical section.
• 8-10 years of work experience in BIM technology support role, including production and coordination, best practices, and workflow.
• A proficiency & excellent knowledge in using BIM authoring tools (Revit, CAD & Revit family creation)
• Excellent Skills in Navisworks Manage to federate, coordinate, clash detect and produce reports.
• The ability to use simulation tools, aligned with project schedules/programmed to produce 4D simulations such as Synchro 4D or Navisworks.
• Dynamo skills / BIM 360 / Civil 3D experience is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills for the team-based working environment. Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
