- Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, CBI interviewing, and offer negotiations for blue and white collars with a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and Managers)
- Efficiently manage the recruitment process for a large number of positions simultaneously.
- Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels and suggest various recruitment channels to find suitable candidates.
- Ensure Time to Hire metrics for employees to meet project deadlines and business goals.
- Represent the company internally and externally and build a professional network of a long-term relationship with past and potential candidates.
- Create a potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Any relevant bachelor degree.From 5 to 7 years experience as a Talent Acquisition role.Experience in mass hiring environments.Experience with Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) is a MUST.Very good in MS Office.Excellent command of English.Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Strong communication and people skills.Good organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.Post studies in HR such as (HR Diploma, PHRI, MBA, ..) is a MUST.
