Job Purpose
• Manage the loans and cards portfolio
• Supervising a collections team
•In-house Tele Collection
• Direct outsource collection agencies
Key result area
•Help meet yearly targets / goals (minimizing the delinquency , flows and the NCL / customer satisfaction)
• Meet service level agreement between other units.
• Conducting monthly meetings with team members and with Unit head to discuss the defects and the new ideas
•Facilitate work flow between the Bank and the collections external agency.
•Ensure that the team provide work according to the business standards
