Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent Knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, , Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, Etc. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems Wide knowledge of office software applications
