  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Support Staff either face to face , over the phone or remotely for solving problems.
  • Help desk and front office support.
  • Software support for end users.
  • Hardware & Software support for PCs and laptops.
  • Photo copier maintenance.
  • All Printers category maintenance.
  • Repair equipment and replacing parts.
  • Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.

 


Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent Knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, , Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, Etc. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems Wide knowledge of office software applications
