Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing impactful learning programs that align with emerging trends in the software industry. This role conducts market research to identify high-demand areas and leads the entire lifecycle of learning products, ensuring they meet quality standards and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging fields and trends within the software industry. Analyze market data and industry reports to assess opportunities for creating learning journeys in high-demand areas. Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning journey development efforts with market needs and demands.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire learning journey cycle within your domain knowledge, from opportunity discovery to planning, data analytics, and user feedback management. Convert/update product vision and objectives into a clear roadmap for execution.
- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, communicate, analyze, and document project requirements to translate vision and roadmap into actionable tasks. Then, develop, deliver, and implement these tasks while monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the development stages of the product and its features, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and delivery standards.
- Leadership: Manage a team of subject-matter experts to drive the successful delivery of learning products. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure shared understanding and alignment among internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful delivery of learning programs. Participate in daily updates meetings and sprint planning meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Communication: Effectively communicate program status, both internally and externally, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Client Feedback Coordination: Serve as the point of contact within the team for gathering and incorporating client feedback into the learning journey. Collect insights and suggestions, facilitating continuous improvement of the learning experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software industry, with expertise in AI, Data Science, Cloud, Mobile, Web, or Software Testing.At least 2 years of leadership or product management experience.Tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.Strategic and analytical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
