Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary with strong administrative skills to support our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules and calendars for senior management, coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure easy access to information.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement processes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members, ensuring effective communication.
• Support the administration of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management.


Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
