- Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management and training process.
- Responsible for providing support in annual performance appraisal cycle, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up activities.
- Oversee and maintain performance management tools and platforms, ensuring efficiency and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Ensure that individual and team goals align with organizational objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and department heads to create and implement personal development plans based on performance reviews.
- Creating assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups.
- Responsible for developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles.
5 to 7 years of progressive relevant work experience.BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field.Very Good command of the English language. Previous performance management and OD experience is mandatory.Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.Certified in KPI is a plus.
