Job Brief:
For a leading chain of Vein Clinics in Egypt, we are hiring for a position of “Office Admin” for our Office branch in New Cairo - The 5th settlement. We are looking for an office Admin to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and attending to visitors at the front desk
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Accurate patients’ data entry into our clinic management system
- Time keeping and proper schedule management. Contact patients in case of delay
- Schedule follow up appointments & next visit action
- Professionally assist both staff and patients to ensure smooth work flow
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Keep updated records of office sales & expenses
