Financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills.Experience in financial analysis and reporting.Knowledge of dental industry economics and cost structures.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
