- Record, update and following up on CRM Database.
- Track teams’ data entry and Keep customers information up to date.
- Ensure that data isn’t false duplicated or missed entirely.
- Track Opportunities’ progress till closed to understand lead quality.
- Ensure daily Pipeline Report processes are running smoothly.
- Identify & analyze potential new data/ problems through navigating the system daily and report to the management.
- Suggest / Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data and minimize time required to develop reports.
- Understand users’ performance
- Oversee, Track and maintain the activities of the entire departments (Call Center/ Operations/ Sales/ Finance/ Marketing)
- Monitor information flow within CRM users.
- Coordinate with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions.
- Extract data from Odoo system to support efficiently the daily operations for the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting.
- Set tasks and reminders for follow-up with teams.
- Introduce, educate and train new users on using the system in a completely right way.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with related departments’ members.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.+4 years’ experience in using CRM system. “in real estate developer ”Understanding of Real-estate market demands & dynamics.Great Organizational skills and ability to multi task.Outstanding Interpersonal skills.
