Senior Sales Specialist - Trucking and Freight Forwarding

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present quotes to clients, ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of freight services with clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. 

BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field.Experience in Logistics / freight forwarding field is a must3 to 5  years of experience in corporate sales .Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.Excellent oral and written communication skills;Excellent presentation & Negotiate skills.Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
