- Engage actively in selling high-end Commercial properties, utilizing your market knowledge and sales expertise.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, especially in commercial segments, to effectively match properties with client expectations.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and expand product knowledge.
- Use technology and software tools efficiently to enhance customer interactions and sales productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Sales Professional in the real estate sector, preferably with experience in Commercial properties.
- Possess +7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry (mandatory).
- Previous experience with real estate Developers is (highly recommended).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to negotiate and closing deals.
- Technological proficiency with real estate platforms and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent English Speaker.
- High Communication skills.
