Job Description:

The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing all booking processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role involves developing strategies for the Gulf market, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and analyzing booking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Bookings: Oversee booking operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings in the Gulf market.

• Internal Coordination: Work with sales and marketing teams to align promotional efforts.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze booking data, providing regular performance reports.

• Team Leadership: Train and support the reservations team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in reservations management, preferably with Gulf market experience.

• Skills: Deep knowledge of booking systems and customer service.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Gulf market clients.

• Familiarity with modern booking technologies.
