Job Description:

-We seek an experienced and motivated Laboratory Engineer to oversee all laboratory operations and ensure that our testing activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. The Laboratory Engineer will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data.



Key Responsibilities:

-Operations for Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

-Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data.

-Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning optimally.

-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all laboratory activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental -guidelines.

-Inventory Management: Manage laboratory supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.

-Project Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize laboratory projects and experiments to meet research and development goals and deadlines.

-Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all laboratory activities, prepare reports, and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.

-Budget Management: Develop and manage the laboratory budget, including resource allocation and cost control.



Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer

-Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a laboratory management role.

-Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.

-Technical Expertise: Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance.

-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a diverse audience.

-Computer Skills: Proficiency in laboratory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
