- Achieve the retail sales target and increase the footprint in the destinations by marketing the available shops.
- Manage and direct the daily activities of the retail operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all retail functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Retail negotiations and renewals
- Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.
- Coordinate and/or show space to potential tenants and negotiate floor layout, work orders, rent, and associated lease documents and issues.
- Develop and maintain a database with market information obtained from brokers and visits/calls to competitive properties.
- Establish clear lines of communication from the start and be responsive to your tenants' inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests. Promptly address any issues that arise and keep your tenants informed about important matters such as lease renewals, property updates, and any changes in policies.
- Proactively addressing any issues to ensure tenants comfort and keep an open channel of communication, flagging to relevant internal parties and resolving to increase tenants’ satisfaction.
- Improving amenities and services (when needed) that can enhance leasing experience. Conducting surveys or informal conversations to gather feedback and insights on areas for improvement.
- Schedule regular check-ins with tenants to discuss their overall experience, address any concerns, and gather suggestions for improvement.
- Execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to increase retail sales in line with destination marketing & events team.
- Market big events and activities that happen in the destination to increase the footprint.
- Coordination during events between event organizers and the town management.
- Be in contact with tenants, building productive working relationships and providing counsel on a range of event campaigns and other related activities.
- Responsible of identifying potential corporate partners, prospecting, developing pitches, securing new long-term partnerships, and managing partnerships within a long-term partnership framework
- Developed creative ways to partner with organizations in order to maximize our company’s activities and mutual benefits.
- Responsible for setting and plan all on ground activations in the commercial area.
- Execute plans to target selected schools, hospitals, gas stations, entertainment providers etc...
- Execute and manage all partnerships and deals with surrounding hotels.
- Execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to increase retail sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
- Minimum 9 years of experience, Real Estate experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
