Responsibilities:

• Design of Electrical systems (structure cabling, lighting, power, electrical equipment…etc.).
• Prepare project brief & Basis of Design Report.
• Prepare Space requirements
•  Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Mechanical, Low current, and Structural Engineering.
• Perform different systems calculations and requirements.
• Perform calculations for cable sizes, and cable tray fill/loading.
• Perform design of single-line diagrams, installation details, wiring diagrams, etc.
• Reviewing Shop drawings.
• Have wide knowledge of other MEP systems.
• Prepare material submittals and give an estimated budget for costs for agreed plans.
• Supervises the work performed according to resting all completed MEP installations and works to ensure they are working as required.
• Reviewing Quantity survey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
• Previous experience working in Real Estate Developer Experience is an advantage.
• Expertise in electrical engineering.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Revit, CAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
