- Ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to driving sustainable growth.
- Supervise office staff, including organizing schedules, approving time off, and handling expenses.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial identification of staffing needs to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications, and advertise job openings on career websites.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to find suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Nurture a positive working environment and oversee onboarding of new hires.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) would be advantageous.Proven working experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.Familiarity with social media and other professional networks for recruitment purposes.Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Comfort with working in a rapidly-changing environment.Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
