We are seeking a full-time Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in Ebtikar IT. This role involves working closely with our creative directors to craft visually captivating animations and motion graphics across various platforms. You will play a key role in developing dynamic visual content that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of motion graphics projects from concept to final output.
• Collaborate with departments to define design visions and translate them into visually compelling animations.
• Create animations, infographics, and video content to enhance the user experience and convey complex messages effectively.
• Review and refine the work of junior designers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials, including social media content, websites, brochures, banners, and event displays.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and technologies, continuously improving creative output.
• Design layouts, select styles and sizes of typography, and ensure effective use of graphic design principles in all projects.
• Create engaging storyboards and participate in brainstorming sessions to share new ideas and concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
