Qualifications:Relevant bachelor's degree.Minimum 2 years experience in contact center field, aviation or travel industry.Can handle non-voice channels like live chat and WhatsApp with agreed quality standards and SLA.Advanced Amadeus using skills with 2-years experience.Excellent knowledge of aviation products and technicalities.Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.Excellent English language communication skills Written/Spoken.Strong problem solving and stress management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong selling and customer service skills.
