Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions to monitor security events and logs, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of security threats with tools such as FortiSIEM, Nozomi, Wazuh and Splunk.
- Monitor and manage clients’ systems using industry-leading monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SCOM (System Center Operations Manager), and PRTG.
- Configure and optimize monitoring systems to ensure real-time tracking and alerting for server, network, and infrastructure performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Proactively analyze and resolve system, network, and security performance problems.
- Generate detailed performance reports, diagnostics, and monitoring metrics for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of monitoring and SIEM tools with existing IT infrastructures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide proactive support, recommendations, and improvements.
- Follow IT Change Management processes, ensuring all monitoring and SIEM-related changes are tracked, managed, and documented.
- Provide continuous support for clients, ensuring efficient system and security event monitoring and alert management.
