- Comprehend and describe the features and benefits of the products available to customers.
- Recommend the appropriate products for each customer’s specific application.
- Conduct joint visits to prospective and existing customers to help the sales team generate sales
- opportunities and support cross-selling and up-selling activities.
- Interact and collaborate with staff to resolve complex technical issues for customers.
- Conduct customized training sessions for customers on products, applications, and product specifications
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or suitable academic certificate suitable for the job from a reputable university.Min 1 year of experience in a technical (lubricants & applications) environment. Experience in a customer facing role. Have engineering knowledge in industry or transport sectors.Very Good command of English language. Very good interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent Microsoft user and other needed applications when due.Driving license and must have his own car
