- Provide strategic legal advice and support to the organization on various legal matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on legal compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs.
- Monitor and assess changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations.
- Assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage and coordinate the organization's litigation matters, including working with external counsel, preparing legal submissions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel.
- Train and educate the organization's employees on legal matters and ensure their awareness of legal obligations.
- Assistance in conducting labor legal investigations.
- Handling all corporate legal issues including board resolutions, general assemblies, IAC and drafting its minutes.
Bachelor’s degree in law is required. Minimum of [2-3] years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment.Licensed to practice law in Egypt.In-depth knowledge of Egyptian laws, regulations, and legal framework.Strong background in contract negotiation and drafting.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.Proficient in using legal research tools and software.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
