Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing personnel administration, payroll, social insurance, workforce reports, and implementing performance management strategies.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations is a plus
