Supply Manager

Bolt - Egypt - Cairo
We are seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Supply Manager who will lead and support high impact global initiatives that contribute to the growth of our Rides division by supporting existing and new fleet businesses. You will be working in the Central Operations (Rides) team and collaborating with central teams and local teams on a regular basis. This is a critical and highly rewarding role as we unlock and retain business to business relationships that help us enable more drivers to earn on Bolt.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross basic salary for this role ranges from EGP 25K to 30K and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

About The Role

As the Supply Manager for our expansion into Egypt. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us grow our Rides division by supporting existing and new fleet businesses.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs by planning, analyzing and exploring opportunities for fleet owners that can directly address Bolt Rides division’s business objectives and priorities and support the end to end implementation of ittext
  • Lead, support and execute on workstreams of fleet operations initiatives across the fleet owner lifecycle including but not limited to project managing, analyzing and testing channels/models for fleet acquisitions, retention, engagement and expansion while building key partnerships
  • Achieve initiative’s success metrics and reporting needs with the Central Operations (Rides) team on initiatives’ growth, goals and progress
  • Execute on the operational framework, guidelines and playbook to support the above so as to achieve strategic business initiatives


About You

  • You are fluent in Arabic and English both verbal and written
  • You are experienced with 5-7 years in Ride hailing supply and driver growth team in Egypt
  • You are a positive and hard-working person
  • You are an individual with the Ability to drive projects through ownership, foresight and collaboration
  • You are an individual with the ability to manage and set own priorities, deadlines and follow through
