IT Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related UATS activities. He helps determine the IT needs of and is responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfil the UATS's information systems requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
- Organize training technology facilities
- Responsible for maintenance and backup of information in accordance with the operation manuals of UATS's activities
- Providing direction for IT team members
- Managing and reporting on the allocation of the IT budget
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5-7years of experience working in IT operationsExperience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologiesExcellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.A firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices
