Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build brand awareness
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in real estate ( at least 1-year experience in - - New Cairo developer or a


big name brokerage )

  • Presentable
  • Excellent in English
  • Owns a car is a must
