As a Senior Booking Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing bookings for StayTick’s personalized accommodation services and Trekko.co’s global hotel distribution and high-end transfer services. This role is hands-on, allowing you to directly contribute to providing our clients and partners with seamless, high-quality travel solutions. You'll also support and mentor other team members, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage hotel bookings and luxury transfers for both StayTick and Trekko.co, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-tier service.
• Work closely with external suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.) to confirm availability and ensure timely booking confirmations.
• Support and mentor the booking team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure operational success and service excellence.
• Troubleshoot booking issues, offer suitable alternatives when necessary, and manage escalations to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across both brands.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, market conditions, and destination knowledge to provide expert advice and optimized booking solutions.
• Ensure that all bookings meet the high-quality standards set by StayTick and Trekko.co, continuously improving processes to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a booking or reservations role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury or high-end services.
• Extensive experience with reservation systems, hotel bookings, and coordination with suppliers.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
