Service Engineer (Ultrasound)

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request.
  • Handle and follow up on customers' complaints through phone, mail or other in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate revenue from distributors, and end users for service contracts, spare parts, labour services, upgrades, etc.
  • Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up on complicated problems and big projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical Engineering, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of working experience as a Field Service Engineer, handling Ultrasound and RD products.
  • Very Good in English, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and internal sales management systems, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the region Mainly (Libya & Sudan).
