Office Manager

We are hiring a very proactive and extremely detail-oriented office manager with excellent interpersonal skills, and very strong work ethic. This position reports directly to the Coo and is responsible for all business and related duties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Coordinate all needed arrangements, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
  • Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and E-mails and acts upon.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience5 years of experience in administrative support functionsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal). (Arabic & English, French is a plus) Not veiled Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to details.Ability to speak effectively among executives, clients, customers, and employees.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
